Complain against www.mango-india.com/ – Mango India

I have very grave complain against Mango India. The website customer service email is not working. The mail just bounces back if mailed. The phone number +91 8971****07 - which is mostly switched off is rarely responded to and is picked up by some female who is very rude, ignorant about website updates and non trustworthy. She actually misguided me. The issue is that I wanted to buy a trouser priced 2990 - on the website it says that the shipping is free upto Rs. 2990/- When I applied discount to the garment the shipping charges were included at the checkout. I called up this number mentioned above and the female responded that she will refund the shipping charges as it is 2990 and that I can go ahead and place the order. Once I made the purchase I requested her to refund the shipping charges which she refused to refund. I trusted her and made the purchase buit when actually the time came to refund she backed off. This behavior is very unprofessional. The other issue is that the same trouser I brought from MYNTRA for Rs. 1378.57 - and I requested her to match the price for which also she refused bluntly. This is also disappointing as Mango being the international brand need to satisfy its customer and be equally competitive with other platforms selling your products. Now when I am calling this number it says that the number is switched off. This lady on the other end seems to have blocked my number and is also not responding to my whatsapp messages on the same number. For mango India this is the only way a customer can approach customer service which is so rude and biased and misguiding. Therefor I am writing my complain here so that the top authorities could look into it and improve the customer experience of buying online from Mango India. As a customer I am very disappointed by this whole episode and my trust in brand is also getting hampered. I hope Mango global would look into it and do the needful asap to address my concern. I have been loyal customer of Mango since last 20 years and its kind of experience makes me really sad. Please help. Dimple India I reque User's recommendation: Mango India’s customer service sucks! It’s email is bugged and the number hardly works and get responded to. The lady who picks up is ignorant about website updates and is rude and misguided customer. The company websites has much higher price compared to other platform with more discounts like Myntra for the same product. Mango India does not even match the price. They are totally unprofessional and do not care a bit about their customers! Losing trust in brand after being loyal to brand for more than 20 years. Such experience will bring you down Mango India.
