Dear sir/mam I had returing ticket of 25jul 2020 from washington dulles, boeing 787-9 jet To dubai and nepal for all details I have uploaded the booking ticket. Due to the pandemic you people stop the flight and we booked the other airlines and its my right to get the refund from yours, but still we are not getting. So plz kindly do the needfull
