I moved rooms, old room had no steps. New room had two steps- was not told about- went to look out sliding glass door- missed the steps. Fell hit head on door( broke the glass in door) scalped two spots on head, broke two fingers, scraped up both knees and broke a toe. Compacted my neck into my back from the force of hitting head on door.Called front desk and they sent up a maintenance man to fix the door. Told us that they would put me in a taxis if I needed to go to the clinic. Never even sent anyone up to talk to us. I Did Not have any alcohol. Totally sober as we Do not drink. User's recommendation: Do not go to this resort, use extreme caution if you do.
