Dear sir/madam, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing you regarding some issues I have with one of the staff members, to be more precise the shift manager of reebok, Mr. Moustafa As I made my way in the store, I was greeted in an ill-mannered fashion. The staff was rude and disorganized, and had no sales experience whatsoever, and I believe that it is the manager's job to make sure his staff are well trained in customer service. Another issue is that Mr. Moustafa started scolding one of his staff members right in front of the customers, making a scene in the store. I believe staff issues should be discussed privately and I urge the staff member to take it up with HR, as soon as possible. Nevertheless, thank you for taking the time and reading my complaint. I hope Mr. Moustafa can take it with professionalism and an open mind. Best regards.
