had 2000 dollars of work almost completed. paid like they said every month. dentist sent them a check crediting my account. they did not credit my account. now they are trying to take 618 dollars intrest on my loan. i should owe 53 dollars now its 800 something. called told them id pay whats owed.not intrest on all the money i borrowed for the complete loan because you did not credit my accountshowing me oweing money i did not owe.then charging me as if i did. noone has the authority to waive finance charge in the office. no supervisor could help. they dont credit me then say i owe intrest on money never credited!!!? nope. now id rather pay a lawyer. i tried to deal with them. in an honest fashion. however, they are unethical. no remorse or correction for THIER mistake but want to charge me?? nope i was willing to pay anything i owed. id have been payed up had THEY CREDITED ME WHAT WAS OWED. but that would mean they had to loose finance charges for money not owed. 618.00 no talking to them. so i guess its the hard road.. NEVER AGAIN btw dont try to log in... by design they dont let you so you have late charges.more than 12 times they wouldnot let me log in. good luck contacting someone.. COMPETENT THIEVES
