Company will not refund or respond to my inquiries.

Purchased item (camera) and my account was charged on Oct. 29, 2020. Item would not work. Originally emailed company and received response. Company sent another item which also did not work. After failing to get either item working, I was told to return item for a refund. I returned both items, and have received no refund, and all calls and emails go unanswered. They have my money and the item and I get no response.
