Company used to be great until the new owner took over. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

1

I too recently found that the new owner, Nicole, does not have customer service as her top priority and it is a shame because Joey and Donna both were exceptional people to work with. I have been a customer for over 4 years and had them do all of my employees shirts, jackets, hoodies and miscellaneous items throughout the years. While we are not a big customer, we are a customer none the less and deserve to be treated with respect. Nicole was extremely rude. I understand it is now her business and that she has the right to change polices and procedures; however, it would be nice and the good customer service thing to do to notify her customers as they come of policy changes. I had 12 jackets I wanted done. The initial problem came when I expected recognition, on some level, when I said I am here to get some logos done for ........ (my company name). She looked at me like, "so... who are you” That kind of set the tone for the rest of the transaction. I then went on to explain to her what i wanted done. She said "well, do it it this way" I said "Well, Joey used to do it this way, you might want to communicate with him" At that time she said, extremely rudely and snotty, "Joey doesn't work here any longer'!:" When I asked about Joey's mom she said that she had retired. After we got through that issue she said she needed a deposit of 1/2 to start my project. I have NEVER paid a deposit before. She just said, basically, too bad. My company, my rules. I paid the deposit and she continued to be snippy and snarly and actually suggested she give me my money back and not do the project for me. I agreed and got a refund. Absolutely shocked that a business owner would suggest not doing work for someone, especially a repeat customer. This was the first I had heard about Donna and Joey leaving the company and this new person taking over. Nicole indicated she had been with the company for 9 years. She must have never spoken to a customer in her life because she was the rudest, most condescending, uncaring, person I have ever dealt with and when she told me she owned the business I was appalled! I would strongly encourage everyone who has been using this company or who thinks they might use them to find someplace else to go. Tline Design in Canby or Pro Graphixs in Oregon City or any one of the many screengraphic/embroidery places around the Portland area have to be far more professional than this woman. Do not let this woman treat you with disrespect. Joey and Donna were awesome people. I hope Nicole bought the place outright from them because she is going to run this business into the ground. You can't treat customers, especially repeat customers, like this in this economy. Every customer and every dollar is important. Wise up Nicole or your gonna bury yourself and your business that your so proud of that you think you can treat your customers with disrespect. I didn't stand for it. The other person who submitted a review didn't and I am going to make use anyone who even mentions they are thinking about going to you, look for someone else which is a shame because I referred a lot of business to this company previously.
