I have a thrustmaster tmx pro that started clicking and snapping when trying to turn. Makes playing F1 2021 impossible on certain tracks. So far thrustmaster has been unwilling to help me and is trying to force me to create a account to contact them. Forcing people to sign up and register just to give them customer support is shady and controlling. Bad form Thrustmaster. User's recommendation: Start supporting companies that treat customers well without them trying to manipulate you.
