Company shipping charges and product quality

I was charged 14.00 to ship boots.The quality of them was very poor due to NO SOLE SUPPORT.I returned them back to company and they charged me another 7.95.I feel that 23.00 was way over the limit for trying a new item.Will not order from this company again.Consumers Beware. I called CS in which was no help at all
