Company refuses to stand behind the refund guarantee they offer. I purchased hearing aids from Nano. Not being what they were advertised I knew immediately I could not wear them because of an ear canal problem. I have a pair exactly like them that I paid $99 for. I attempted to return these and on four separate occasions I received four different instruction. The last one was they were going to submit my request to return department and I would hear from them by email. I never did receive the email. User's recommendation: I would advise you not to buy these pure and simply because I feel this is an unscrupulous company and you can buy them for much less than any other site.
