I purchased an above ground pool fence from them and it lasted less than five months. I have been contacting Trent via phone and email numerous times since October to be told that he didn't receive message, computer down, etc, etc. Every time he says that they still have not submitted claim, person that does that is out of office, or some other excuse. I have found out that he is the president but he still maintains that he does not have power to issue a refund, but I can find no other executive listed anywhere. Every time I talk to him, he takes my phone number and promises to call as soon as he gets news. So far he has never called me, I have always called him. Save your time and money--don't deal with this company.
