Company doesnt care about their customers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Lowes scheduled them, part took forever which prompted me to have Lowes send loaner washer. Tech a month later came out and repaired.. said he “fixed” my washer but left it in my hallway and the loaner hooked up. After a week, i physically moved the washers myself because Lowes was coming to pick up their loaner. Needless to say MY washer is not fixed, still broken.. now I have to physically move washers myself again... when your tech should have hooked up to test in the first place. Lowes rescheduled me with this company again for tomorrow and Expert appliance is telling me they cant come, no tech in the area!!! Its your fault this washer is still broke! A Good manager would do everything possible to take care of this situation. A good manager wouldn’t make excuses. A half decent manager would have apologized. A half decent owner would call me back and voach your team on providing some kind of customer service. Expert appliance expect me to go to the top With Lowes. You should lose their business!! Shame on you! Take a class in customer service you need it! Obviously not concerned with building your business.
