This company sucks at shipping items and communicating to customers. I ordered $1200 worth of accessories and a gate opener for my house on March 9th. It is now March 23rd. I have no gate opener and I have no tracking number. On their website it states they provide a tracking number on all orders. Not true. I did get a few things I ordered, last week. After a nasty email to them they provided me a tracking number to another part of my order that shipped on the 20th. The order should have shipped sooner than 11 days after I ordered it. The gate opener I still don't know about but I recommend that you pursue another company when ordering. It appears that this company simply drop ships all items and really has no vested interest in customer support
