I was on the chat line with a SHEIN customer representative requesting help to COMBINE THE ORDERS I PLACED THIS MORNING TO QUALIFY 20% DISCOUNT AND FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING The representative left and didnt return. Its over 24 hours and I havent received any response or apology from the company. Thats not a great customer service, I m a new customer and that left me with a negative impression of the company
