Thea at Fred Meyer on Chkalov in Vancouver, Washington, is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. She was angry, combative, dismissive, and condescending. This is actually the second time I have experienced angry behavior from this pharmacy. It seems the team is stressed and short-staffed leading them to act out angrily toward customers. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. User's recommendation: Do not use the pharmacy at Chkalov. Save yourself the verbal abuse and go somewhere else. They are not the best priced pharmacy in town either.
