On June 3rd I got my hair colored in the gray series. I shamooed my hair 3 days later, with Redkin Gray shampoo and Redkin Grey conditioner, I purchased them that day. All the color washed out. I contacted the salon, and asked that the manager call me. I called the salon 4 days later and asked to speak to the manager I was told she was not there.
