On June 3rd 2021 Kianna was the stylist that colored my hair. She did not put any developer in the color. Therefore it shampooed out. The manager said the district manager Karen Painter said the company refused to re-do service, or refund anything. I spent almost $400.00. The salon was in batesville,Ark. If you are expecting your service to be done correctly DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL SALONS. And never has this ever happen. User's recommendation: Do not go to this salon,if Incompetent stylist a shame to the cosmetologist world.
