Color Overcharges
I had a color on 6/25/21 for a different Stylist named Diana. I was over charged for $41.99: Style - Basic $21.99 and Color - Filler $20.00. Monthly is my color appointment and I am aware of the amount that is being charged on me. This is the first time that I was charged for $41.99. I am requesting that this amount be refunded to me.
