The customer Service Rep did not know what a color swatch is. I asked how my wife and I would know if the color would match our kitchen, and she was no help. She also said we could return it at our expense. She was not professional, just opinionated. User's recommendation: Make sure you want the product. Customer Service knew nothing about color swatches!
