I purchased this March 18th, 2018. It's just bad customer service if they are a real company. I wanted my daughter to take pictures for her 4th birthday in this. When I contacted them, they just said it'll be shipped out soon but that was this month. Whether I receive my order and love it, or don't receive it at all, I will never purchase from here again.
