I paid $2k for rush Psycologist testing to submit before the deadline in Jan 2021 - for my son's Mar 2021 SAT accommodations. Early March I received a letter saying the request was denied because I did not submit the support documentation. However I did provide the right documentation to the school CB coordinator. Either she or CB dropped the ball and it was not uploaded properly. I personally submitted the documentation early March. It has been 5 months and the CB says a decision is still pending. His college applications are due now - and he is at a disadvantage for admissions because he had 3 chances to take the SAT if CB had followed up within the timeline they commit online… but, it has been 5 months and it is still pending
