Hi I bought your pet safe play and stay wireless fence and training collar from Chewy .com over a year ago and now it will not stop beeping. It doesn't matter if on my dog or not ,it just keeps shocking. My daughter tried to reset the whole system but nothing happened. I am very disappointed in your product that right after the 1 year warranty is up from Chewy it stopped working correctly. I paid for a collar I thought my dog would have for a wireless fence for years to come but it seems your product does not hold up to its name. I am hoping you will stand by your merchandise you sell, due to the customer service agent told me at Chewy it happens to these collars quite often. If that is the case you need to extend your warranty period or replace your faulty device. I can't put it on my German Shepard afraid of it keeps shocking her and can't let her outside fear she will run away. Please help me with this bad situation. Donna Gilling donnagilling12@***.com
