Cold War won’t launch

I bought the pre launch version of Cold War. I now switched Xboxs and transferred everything and now its saying I have to buy Cold War again. I did and it still isnt working. Also got hung up on 3 times while trying to talk to customer service. User's recommendation: Don’t get an Xbox. They don’t care about customers.
