First of all I'm not a pissed customer I don't know where you got that from I only wanted to see if they had a replacement part I'd rather have taken it to Walmart locally local Walmarts don't accept internet over the website orders which I think should be looked into as good customer service I chose not to return as I would have to wait a couple more days or so before I can make a pot of coffee stuff happens I'm not pissed just a little disappointed tha missng parts I can't be replaced by Walmart User's recommendation: Have Walmart accept returns they have sold to customers online or in their store makes it much simpler to do business.
