Coat order

I AM TRYING TO ORDER AN ONLINE SPORT COAT. I HAVE REQUESTED VINTAGE BLACK LEATHER BUTTONS FOR THIS COAT. ACCORDING TO THEIR BUTTON DISPLAY THEY ONLY OFFER THIS BUTTON IN BROWN. IT IS A CUSTOM MADE SPORT COAT. WHY SHOULD THE COLOR OF A BUTTON BE SO DIFFICULT. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER MY ONLINE REQUEST. I CANNOT FINALIZE MY ONLINE ORDER UNTIL MY REQUEST IS CONFIRMED. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS VERY SIMPLE REQUEST.
