We went on a trail membership,had the hard sell in Spain at their main resort and succumbed,taking on full membership We cannot get accommodation when we want it,their communication is very poor,and are very quick to blame you if you miss information they had put on the on line message facility. I am reliably informed the points package we have bought,and many thousands more,has been deemed illegal in Spanish law on a number of fronts and i do believe. that the cost to "get out" of this rip off product will come down as it becomes more opaque that they have mis sold. I am keeping a very close eye on proceedings and will get out of this contract appropriately.
