I placed an order on 6th September. My order got split 3 times with different sub order id. Some item was missing and some item i have returned to yepme. Till date i have not received refund of all. I called 6 to 7 time. Each time it cost 100 minimum. While on call aslo it get discontinued. So far I spent 1000 rupess to call them. Which is stupid against to refund of 1350 rupess aprox. I have maill around 100 to them. They are replying sorry for inconvenience cause to you.will look forward and get back to you soon. I asked them to pay intrest on my money they denied also that. What to do next. On top of that 1000 rupess spent calling them which is stupidity of me. I order total 4118 rupess on 6th of september today is 26 November. They are holding mu money from that day. I can take a step and penalty to them. Please help me...
