Closing my account while there’s still bets running

Betfair closed my account while there's still running bets on Euro 2020. I was contacted by Betfair in regards to my account. Spending to much money.The adviser told me Betfair has closed the account. I told him there is still bets running on Euro 2020.(Italy to reach the final) Italy to win or come second. User's recommendation: Do not open a account with Betfair.
