Client problem with their email

1

Customer had it with their poor service so wanted to migrate to someone reliable. Called to get their domain moved and Everyone.net wanted $50 to release the clients domain name. Told customer to pay them, so we could put them in the rearview mirror. Client tried to pay but the SSL cert for them was expired, dead, etc, thus no secure access to their payment portal. Will buy another domain name and let old one expire. They (Everyone Net is disgusting, etc) are the nadir of a technology company-don't think they will get better as they have progressively got worse. They indeed refuse to answer a telephone call or source one, leaving email as the only communication method--well how good is that when your everyone.net email doesn't work. This reminds me of those phone solicitors that attempt to sell hearing aids to those of us, that are mature in the years-- Hey you mental midgets, if we can't hear what makes you think we will even hear the phone?. User's recommendation: Caveat Emptor.
