Cldnt easily get in contact with Zazzle re product that was badly designed for the job it was meant to do

Shauna from Zazzle got back to me and after I sent images of a product I purchased n why it was badly designed n cldnt do its job. She agreed and a refund is forthcoming. A positive result for me so Zazzle are in my good books for their common sense and support for their customers User's recommendation: Some photos of products cld show details such as thickness...this was my issue.
