Class Action suit! Calculated theft from customers

Gift cards not honored, credit card charged, they send whatever they have in stock that may resemble it, in whatever size they care to unload, and customer service is inexistent. On the phone 3 days straight for 7 + hours each. Looking to get lawyers involved and rounding up customers (in the thousands now) who have been victims of such unethical behavior and criminal actions. User's recommendation: Boycott and watch owners to boycott future ventures.
