I just wanted to know why I was offered free shipping on my order and I did not get it. I really dont like it that you cant get a human voice . Its all done by e mail. Not very friendly for those of us who are 60 or over. We lack the brain connections to easily manipulate the system. Its about your convenience not the customers needs.
