Early one morning about 1:30am my daughter's car that was parked out in front of our home and someone crashed into it. It busted the headlight and did lots of damage to the front end and side quarter panel. We found out the next morning when a cop was knocking on our door, the neighbors had called to report it. After that, we called our insurance to get someone to come out to give us an estimate of the damages in case the cops locate the other car, and they don't have insurance. They refused to send anyone out. They maybe cheaper but you get what you pay for and in my book they are crappy. User's recommendation: I will tell anyone who will listen progressive stinks as insurance they don't care about their customers just the all mighty dollar and how much they can make off of you.
