On 01/05/2021 We received a cell phone at 4xx-303-****, from Citi asking if we would authorize a charge of $1497 going to Canada, we declined the charge as part of the fraud protection that was in place at the time. Then on 01/16/2021 someone at Citi allowed the transaction to go through. The last manager in the dispute department I spoke to on the phone,,hung up on me when I asked about the fraud protection. User's recommendation: Do not trust Citi card to be fair if you have a refund dispute.
