Citi Bank closed two of my active credit card accounts without any explanation

As a customer of this bank for 8 years, I'm disgusted by how they treat their customers. My credit cards were all active until April 27, 2021, after checking the mobile app that the accounts were closed. I had to look twice to be sure the sh*t I was seeing. I called their customer service and they failed to provide any information about what occurred, but that I will expect a letter in the mail explaining why. Both cards were active and used for subscriptions, paying bills and purchases. I've always made my payments on time and no fraud activity. My biggest concern is my credit score, especially during this pandemic, I wanted to be sure my credit was in good shape, and now that has all gone down the drain. I want to transfer my funds to another bank, maybe Chase but I heard horrible things about them as well.
