I wore the black lace open toe shoes that have ribbon that tie for 5 minutes and both heels had chunks of skin that tore out to the poin that they both bleed. I love the shoes but a week later and I still cannot wear any shoes that touch the bak even though I am taking care of the wounds. I do not have the reciept becasue I wasnt going to return them. I just have to wear mole skin when I wear them again. I just want the company to know that the shoes were not made properly and JLo Co. should fix them
