Yes, I'm still pissed. Your customer service is crap. This is the worst ever. I have an issue. Its not possible to talk to you on the phone. I send an email, and all I get back is this email. No, my problem is not fixed by just asking is my problem fixed. I will never purchase another Phillips product EVER again
