Wow! I've been a customer of RoboForm for years. Never had a support issue until today. As such, I was shocked to learn that direct support is a thing of the past. To Austin, my chat buddy... thanks for the deceptive response about auto-renew as it demonstrates how low RF has sunk. Your response to close the chat and the chat browser was petulant and childish. This abhorrent treatment is a poignant endorsement in favor of your competitors. Moreover, I wager that you will not understand why I will not renew in 2020.
