REDI CARD # [protected], Barbara Massey, checked into Arlington Heights Inn and when we opened the room, it was filthy, bed not made and a "used condom" on the floor!!! Are you F...ing kidding me, I almost threw up! Photo attached, then the next room they gave us had filty floors, gross refrigerator with spilled food items in it, this is absolutely unacceptable, I've been frequent guest from Florida, Kentucky and Illinois and this is enough to have me never return or recommend in the future. No rate concession was offered, very weak apology, can you honestly give us a reason to ever return besides offering a free weekend or two stay to re-establish confidence in us?
