My84 year old mother went to the shaws in east providence 585 taunton ave. Storenumber 3867. She was paying for her items with an atm card. The cashier became inpatient with her. She pulled the atm screen around to look at it and cut my mothers finger in the process. She then yelled at my mother that it was her fault her finger got cut. This cashier is verbally abusive to the eldery. My mom spoke with the manger and all she was told was that the cashier will be spoken too. Thecashiers name is laura bouchard. I don;t think she should be allowed to work with customers, because of her temper. My mothers mame is martha reynolds, phone number [protected]. I hope someone will address this problem.
