I am flying from Chicago to Boston on Monday, June 28th on your 10.15a flight. I sent in all the documents a few days ago but have not heard anything back. I dont have my confirmation with me but I am sure you can find it by my name. Thank you, Julie Shapiro User's recommendation: It’s absurd that you cannot reach a human voice.
