I bought the sofa in Nov. In Feb. The one side quit, I called numerous times after to see what was going on, always a different answer when it would be here, never seem to show up, after 5 months I was finally received a call telling me it would be replaced, which on Tuesday it was. My only question is, dies my warranty still stay in effect or start over, I bought any extra warranty to go along with the one that went with the first purchase. At this time we are happy with the exchange to a new sofa, n hoping it doesn't happen again.
