Second time having communication issues with Uber! Not able to talk to, nor text an individual to answer a specific issue that is not listed on the Uber per selected available questions. Have not received any call back nor text contact from Uber. I guess I won't be using Uber! User's recommendation: Choose another company if your questioning operations that doesn't need human interaction. Uber is NON- RESPONSIVE.
