I am a student who has recently attended a Summer Camp near NY and my wages are paid into an M&T account. Unfortunately I left the area and travelled to Chicago before withdrawing my money. I tried to use the online portal to transfer but said to call customer services, then my account got blocked and now they are saying that I have to go into a branch. I have returned to the UK so am not able to do that. The amount is several thousand $'s and so i need to recover the money. I am trying to get my account unblocked but M&T do not have anyone who is appears to be able to do this and the only option they offer is to go into a branch
