I wrote a check to a store that was processed by TeleCheck. TeleCheck did not present it for payment and then put a lock on my account without any notification. The store that the check was written at attempted to clear up the matter and TeleCheck told them to have me contact them. The phone number is a dial around hell and I cannot reach anyone to speak to to clear this up. Meanwhile, I cannot write a check anywhere. I am blocked and cannot even call to complain. I have tons of money in my account and am being treated like a criminal. Ref. 36-[protected]
