Check on my order

It is not 5pm... but there is no answer. Just wondering the status of my order??? I am not pissed... just want to know the status and an approximate delivery time. The CS line says you are open til 5. I live in Tulsa area... central time zone. You should still be open, it is 4:30. User's recommendation: Please be open the time you say you should be open.
