Filed a claim on April 1st and got approved on May 16th. Still haven't received my reimbursement today as July 5th. The agent Thomas Cheng lied about mailing the check in May but it never arrived. As he promised on the phone to mail the check again, it still hasn't arrived two weeks later. This company is a scam.
