I am at Bali International Airport travelling to kuala lampur from flight no OD325 my name is rounak Todi.. 1.all screen are showing wrong information and 2nd your staff is rude about accepting the same and due to which I have wasted 1hr standing in line and still they are asking me to wait more because of your mistake I can see why people don't prefer Malindo.person sitting on counter 7 on 11th 9:09am (current time) is acting so smart I cannot say a word if this is how you will continue giving services I am sorry but you will soon get sued by many for harassment I am attaching a picture showing my flight number is other side and staff has asked me to stand on lion air line.
