I have a claim of over 4 years ago, my Insurance Company twice has approved the claims and again since February 2021 adjusted compensation and issued checks. SELENE CONTINUES TO GIVE ME RUN AROUND and wont endorse checks nor will they schedule an inspection t User's recommendation: If buying a house or a refinance is with SELENE don't do it. I have lived in my house 16 years and would sell just to get out from under this Mortgage Company the WORSE!!!!
