Rented a car from green motion Vilinus. On 4 September 2019. They tell you you have to return the car washed. Took 600 euro deposit from my visa. Returned the car with little dust after one week. Checked the car with the supervisor. All is well . No damage. In the office asked for the deposit they told me it takes 10 days to release. After two days received mail that two scratches found on the car and I will have to pay 1000 euro. Send me video of the scratches you can't see anything. Told them the inspector signed the document and no way that we wouldn't find scratches worth 1000 euro. There answer was. That what we charge for that scratches. A year before i rented there with my Lithuanian wife. With her passport we recieved the deposit immediately after returning the car. Found out from the net that this is a sting operation of that company. I ordered my visa card not to pay and i will gladly go to court with them.
